Cookery School

Loaf is an innovative cookery school, a place where you can learn forgotten food skills.

We believe everyone has the right to be able to find, cook, and eat real food every day. We’ve developed courses that enable you to do just that.

Whether it’s learning how to make sourdough bread or fillet fresh fish, Loaf’s in-house staff and expert external tutors will guide you through every step of the process.

You will leave our courses feeling confident that you can start reproducing the magic at home in your own kitchen. No prior experience necessary!

Available in any denomination, they can be put towards all of our classes and are valid for two years.

Will our cookery school return?

Our move into the Stirchley Co-operative Development has been delayed while construction work goes on (and on …. and on…). So for now, Loaf is living its best nomadic bakery life as we bring bread, sweet buns and other treats to markets and pop-ups instead.

YES! As soon as we have a completion date for the new building, we will be putting all our courses online for the next few months. If you want to be first to hear about new cookery school dates, make sure you are signed up to our newsletter or cookery school alert list!
