Ingredients: lentils, ginger, onion, garlic, fresh coriander, chilli, curry leaves, mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, coconut oil, turmeric, sambar powder, salt. (MUSTARD)

Sourdough: Wheat Flour, Water, Sourdough Starter, (Wheat Flour, Water), Salt. (GLUTEN, WHEAT).

Wednesday

Soup: Leek & Potato w/ red onion focaccia (Ve)

Ingredients: Leek, carrot,celery, potato, garlic, onions, cumin, chilli, veg stock, rapeseed oil, salt, pepper. Wheat focaccia. (WHEAT, GLUTEN, CELERY, SOYA)

Thursday

Soup: Roasted Mushroom and Rocket w/ Sourdough (Ve)

Ingredients: Mushrooms, garlic, oil, rocket, onions, thyme, rosemary, salt, pepper, oat, veg stock (CELERY, SOYA, GLUTEN, SULPHITES). Sourdough bread (GLUTEN, WHEAT)

Friday

Curry: New potato, Cashew & Spinach curry w/ sourdough (Ve)

Ingredients: New potato, cashew, spinach, coconut milk, onion, ginger, garlic, fresh chilli, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek, curry leaves, turmeric, sambar powder, fresh coriander, tinned tomatoes, rapeseed oil, salt, pepper, wheat sourdough. (GLUTEN, MUSTARD, WHEAT, NUTS)

Salt Beef on Challah Roll

Sourdough pizza: Red onion, roast garlic, rosemary breadcrumbs, goats cheese & Mozzarella (V)
