Join Loaf and expert cookery tutor Lap-fai Lee for a hands-on session of Dumpling making.
You will be making dumplings from scratch and then boiling, steaming or pan frying them. Lap will tutor you through making the dough and preparing shengjiangbao (Pork), shanghai soup dumplings (pork) You’ll also make crispy juicy, steamed dim sum style siu mai and Sichuan wontons (lamb/pork)
Like all Loaf courses it’s very hands-on and throughout the evening we’ll be tasting the fruits of our labour, you certainly won’t go home hungry!
The course takes place on a weekday evening from 6.30pm-9.30pm at Loaf in Stirchley, South Birmingham.
You’ll feel right at home at Loaf, and everything you learn will set you up for recreating at home with confidence!
All refreshments, equipment, recipes and aprons are provided.
