Our large  sourdough loaf, baked in a tin.

Vegan.

Made with white wheat flour with a rye starter. We found the rye starter gives it a bit more a boost than wheat and helps it rise in the tin. This also gives it a slightly different flavour to the pure wheat sourdough.
